Inspection Process
Incoming inspection
Raw materials and packaging materials provided by suppliers are inspected upon arrival and accepted only after they are qualified.
First piece inspection
First piece inspection is performed before mass production to determine the standard.
In-process inspection
Online automatic and manual inspections are performed during the production process and records are kept.
Warehouse inspection
Finished products will be inspected before entering the warehouse.
Pre-shipment inspection
Final inspection before delivery.
Test method:
A. Confirm whether the supplier has relevant inspection reports.
B. Visual inspection;
C. Dimension inspection;
D. Automatic detection of chemical materials, etc.
